Originally from the Chicago suburbs, William Novak, MD has been a resident of the Bloomington/ Normal area for many years and enjoys caring for patients in his home community. When not providing medical care, he enjoys golf and spending time with his two boys.

Bill originally began considering a medical career while in high school. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree with honors in psychology at Loyola, he entered medical school with a desire to use his training and experience to help people live longer and healthier lives. It was during residency at Indiana University that he developed a greater interest in cardiology, finding the field exciting with ever expanding technology to help diagnose and treat cardiac disease.

Dr. Novak's focus is on treating adults with heart disease and he has special training in cardiac imaging.
