OSF Saint Francis Heart Hospital and HeartCare Midwest are pleased to announce cardiologist Dr. Barry Clemson has earned Board Certification in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology from the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).

Dr. Clemson is the only cardiologist in central Illinois to be honored with this prestigious Board certification.

Board certification demonstrates to the public that physicians have met the highest standards of internal medicine and its subspecialties. Board certification is voluntary and includes an exam that tests the physician’s ability to diagnose and treat patients with a broad range of conditions.
